Michelin Air Comp Latex is a lightweight and flexible inner tube designed to minimize rolling resistance. The latex material makes the tube softer than standard butyl, meaning it adapts better to the shape of the tire, thereby significantly reducing friction. It is available in 22c/23c, but can be used with all 28” tires thanks to the flexibility of latex. In addition to low rolling resistance, the tube also offers increased puncture resistance. Note that latex tubes require more frequent inflation. The weight ranges between 79 and 82 grams, ensuring an optimal balance between performance and durability.
