Returning Items

All items purchased online can be returned through our Return Portal, where you can select the return method and generate a return label.

  Orders delivered within Denmark:
  Returns: 49 DKK
  Exchanges: free of charge

  Orders delivered within Europe (outside Denmark):
  Returns: 149 DKK
  Exchanges: 49 DKK
  
• 
  Orders delivered outside Europe:
  Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

All return and exchange labels can be purchased via the Return Portal.

Extended Return Policy for Christmas Orders

Orders placed between November 26 and December 24 can be returned until January 15, in accordance with our standard return terms.

Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are subject to a 14-day return period, as stated in the general return terms.
