TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. Order Confirmation
By accepting these terms and conditions, and upon confirmation of the customer's order, a written and binding agreement is entered into between the customer and CRANKSANDCOFFEE.DK. Once an order is completed on CRANKSANDCOFFEE.DK, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation of the purchase. In case of errors or omissions in the order CRANKSANDCOFFEE.DK reserves the right to cancel an order up to the point of delivery.
2. Age Restriction
If the customer is under 18, permission must be obtained from a parent or other person of authority.
3. Payment
CRANKSANDCOFFEE.DK accepts Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA Electron, MasterCard and Apple Pay. If payment is by debit or credit card, the customer must enter all the necessary information on the card and, in the case of a transaction with 3D Secure, the security code. All information is sent securely to CRANKSANDCOFFEE.DK, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection. This prevents any unknown and unauthorized sources from accessing customer information. CRANKSANDCOFFEE.DK does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction.
All prices include Danish VAT (25%). Prices are without shipping or other services that CRANKSANDCOFFEE.DK may offer. CRANKSANDCOFFEE.DK reserves the right to change prices at any time. On CRANKSANDCOFFEE.DK prices are shown in Danish Kroner (DKK).
4. Local Levies
Please note that local import duties vary by country and region. These taxes are to be paid by the customer.
5. Returns
Returns must be notified within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of notification. The product must be returned unused in original packaging with hang tags and other labelling. A purchase can be undone, even though the product has been tested. A product is only tested if the test is beyond what is possible by testing the product in a physical store. If the item is used, a specific assessment will be made of what a used item can be sold at to another consumer. A possible worthy degradation will be imposed on the buyer. Shipments do not include return label, however CRANKSANDCOFFEE.DK offer the below return options. All returns that do not meet the above requirements will be rejected by CRANKSANDCOFFEE.DK. Please note that the customer must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by CRANKSANDCOFFEE.DK.

CRANKSANDCOFFEE.DK offer free exchanges. Contact our team at below e-mail for return shipping options and specify "Exchange" along with order number in subject header.

6. Warranty
All products from CRANKSANDCOFFEE.DK come with a 2 year manufacturing warranty. This guarantee includes faults in the fabric, workmanship and other manufacturing related errors. 7. Shipping
CRANKSANDCOFFEE.DK sends packages with Post Denmark and GLS in Denmark and FedEx, UPS, GLS to all their international destinations. Exceptions cannot be made. All shipments are insured and Track & Trace information is e-mailed to the customer upon dispatch from CRANKSANDCOFFEE.DK. Shipping times for regular service in Europe are 1-3 business days, and as a regular service outside Europe 3-5 days. CRANKSANDCOFFEE.DK accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU. Shipping times are a guide.
Shipping costs vary from country to country. The prices are shown on CRANKSANDCOFFEE.DK and are added to the order when a customer places an order. Customer Service is at the customer's disposal to answer any questions regarding shipping costs on info@cranksandcoffee.dk and +45 20102100
CRANKSANDCOFFEE.DK reserves the right to request additional shipping costs from the customer on orders for multiple items.
8. Ordering of goods
We offer a 7-day reservation period for all ordered items. After 7 days, if payment is not received, we reserve the right to sell the items to others. If payment is completed within this period and local pickup is selected as the preferred delivery method, it is the customer's responsibility to collect the items from the store. Goods will be reserved for as long as needed. For orders with shipping to the customer's address, we will dispatch the order promptly after payment completion."
9. Privacy
CRANKSANDCOFFEE.DK treats customer information with the utmost respect and integrity. No information will be disclosed to third parties.
10. Cookies
CRANKSANDCOFFEE.DK collects information about customer behavior on the website with the use of cookies. The functional cookies are used to ensure that CRANKSANDCOFFEE.DK works as intended, which amongst other things, allows customers to be able to add items to the cart, complete a purchase etc. No personal information is stored and cookies are automatically deleted when the browser is closed.
